On the 30th May 2009 myself, my brother David and our father headed off on our Scotland motorcycle tour covering 2000 miles (approx) of road over 8 days. The bikes were a Kawasaki ER-6F, GPZ-400 and a Honda Hornet.
The day started with the discovery that our fathers motorbike wouldn't start. Dave was sent off to get some jump leads from the nearest garage whilst I asked around. When he returned I jumped the bike and we headed off on our long journey home. We were hoping to take the A1 home but there had been an accident closing off part of the road, so we had to take a diversion but we eventually made it back to the M25 and then home.
