Welcome to Steven Mapes .com the home of the Steven Mapes Network, the online portal for anything related to myself. On this website you wll be able to read blog-style articles written by myself on a variety of subjects that may, or may not, interest you. You'll also be able to access my helpdesk files courtsey of Stevipedia.com. Stevipedia is a collection of hints, tips and tricks that I have used or come across over my years in IT. The entries were created so that I always had a handy place to look for my notes rather than having to remember them all. If you find them useful as well, fantastic.
Over the years I have worked on various projects though mainly IT ones and as such I have decided to make some of the code available for others to use and look over in a hope that they may find it of use. The code has been grouped into various projects and can be accessed via the My Projects area of the website
If you a recruiter or employer and have stumbled across this site you may be interested in looking over My CV. It's probably out-of-date as I only tend to update it ever year but it will give you a little more information on my experience, qualifications and background.
As you may have guess this is not my only website, oh no, I have, and in many cases still do, develop and maintain various other sites on the Internet. You can find out a bit more about each of them by visiting the My Portfolio section of this site.
If you're still interested in finding out more about the real Steve Mapes, the person behind the code, then why not stop by the About Steve Mapes section where you can read a little more into my life, my interests and my world.
If you would like to get in touch with me, then you can do so by using the Contact Steve Mapes page.

This website is currently being re-constructed from the ground up. As such nothing is available at this
time other than this static dull placeholder page. Please bare with me as I am extremely busy with
work and other projects at the moment so the time I have to spend on this project is very much limited.
I will get back to it, so you'll just have to check back at a later date.
Steve
Eventually you will find lists of recent additions here as well as links to some of my other websites and other things of interest and/or importance
